   Assistance in Financing: Advisory Fee + Finder's Fee Agreement
   Assistance in Debt Restructuring and liaising with Banks: Flat Fee Agreement

Advisory Fees

• 1. A monthly Advisory fee can be agreed upon for a set time period. It covers services provided and expenses incurred during provision of services.
• 2. Contract can be interrupted at any time during the set time period set, with 1 month Notice period. A sunset clause remains for introductions performed during service that would lead to Transaction. A success fee would still be due.

Success Fees

In case of a completed transaction that was introduced to you by our Company, a success fee which amount will be negotiated on a case by case basis, and specified as an addendum to our Advisory agreement.
