Business Process & IT

  Create, develop and transition the complete IT function for Upstream Oil and Gas
  Develop and Manage the complete IT portfolio consisting of Business Processes, Commercial Applications, Information Management, IT Infrastructure and Technical Applications
  Provide Strategic, Tactical and Operational Guidance
  Develop IT Strategy and ensure it stays aligned to the Business Strategy and Plan
  Ensure that IT initiatives are mapped to business outcomes
  Ensure IT partners with the business functions to deliver value
  Plug Profit Leakages by optimising business processes and deploying fit for purpose business solutions
  Work with internal IT Teams, third party service providers and business in a hybrid model
  Transition conventional IT into the cloud bringing significant reduction in IT Spend
  Ensure IT plays a key role in developing the Target Operating Model for the business
  Expertise in Application Selection, Business Architecture, Project Management, Change Management & Governance
  Cost effective current relationship with leading providers for communications, applications and data hosting
