Government Relations & Stakeholder Management

Act as your local Government Relations Advisor. Develop, implement and update a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy for your company in country:

• Deliver Government Relations plans and activities in country (Ministries, Embassies and Business Councils), in order to secure the business objectives of your company.
• Management of local network of contacts with local authorities, International Organisations, and Embassies. Assist in Stakeholder engagement with local pressure groups, non-governmental organisations, industry associations, local community. Act as the company’s ‘face/representative’  if needed.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with NGOs, multilateral agencies (UNDP, UNEP, EITI...), country government officials, and local authorities (governorate, districts and municipalities).

Regulatory Advisory

• Monitor legislative and policy developments in country that could impact your company's business objectives, and develop strategies to manage or mitigate and support your company in escalating, resolving and negotiating business issues.

Business Intelligence

• Analyse the political developments in a country from a variety of perspectives and assessing their current or potential implications for your company's businesses.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of an effective competitive intelligence strategy and systems in country.
