Brad started his career in the UK and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in public practice. He has twenty years experience working in finance role across the oil and industrial gases industry. Brad has worked as a leader of control teams, specializing in integration or divestiture project management (finance stream), business controlling and reporting, and business process improvement.
Recent assignments have included the transition of the upstream finance function for an indigenous west African operator, joint venture accounting (Addax Petroleum), Authorization for Expenditure process improvement project (Addax Petroleum), and performance systems consulting (project scheduling) for BP.
Within Metscooil, Brad leads the offerings around Upstream CFO – interim for finance or upstream finance function creation. Specifically:
